The staff here are fantastic, and the rooms are lovely, making it a perfect spot for a ski trip, plus it's conveniently located just 12 miles from Poprad-Tatry airport.

The room was cozy and always warm, which was great for the cold weather. The breakfast had a decent selection of hot and cold food, and it was tasty. The hotel's location was convenient and close to a park. The view from the room was amazing, and we enjoyed the spaciousness of the room.

The TV was too small and too far from the sofa, making it hard to watch comfortably. Also, the advertised "ski-in, ski-out" feature was a bit misleading since the slopes were over a kilometer away. While there was a kiddie slope nearby, it was still not as described.

I loved the location of this hotel which was conveniently close to both the train and bus stations as well as the cable cars. The friendly and helpful staff provided great recommendations for walks and local attractions. The breakfast options were fresh and satisfying, and the spacious rooms were clean and well-equipped.

The location was ideal for our city trip, as it was within walking distance of the tram station and restaurants. We also enjoyed the fact that the ski resort was nearby, which made it a great option for winter sports enthusiasts. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh food that catered to everyone's taste preferences.

Although our room was spacious and clean, the TV was small and too far away from the sofa for comfortable viewing. the shower was missing a curtain and the pitched roof made it difficult for taller individuals to stand and take a shower.
